Client Requirement

Our client approached us with a requirement to build a scalable, user-friendly platform that simplifies property searching through map-based interaction and secure agent-user communication. Additionally, they wanted to ensure the platform could handle large datasets of properties efficiently, offering real-time updates and seamless navigation. The platform needed an intuitive UI that would enhance customer engagement, with advanced filtering options for properties based on multiple criteria such as price, amenities, and location. The system was also expected to support smooth interactions between users and agents, enabling appointment scheduling, inquiries, and feedback collection. Furthermore, the client wanted a solution that could scale to accommodate a growing user base, integrate easily with external data sources (like MLS and SFAR), and ensure high security for both user data and transactions.
